This is our finished design. It is called Night delight. The creators of it were Sofia.L, Sofia.V, Taylor and Zoe. The black represents the night sky and the stars resemble the seven stars of Matariki. We also weaved a headpiece out of flax and made clay models of food to go in our basket. The basket that Zoe and her Nan made was weaved out flax. It took a lot of hard work and spare time. I think we worked very well together because while one of us was painting the dress the others were working on something else like; weaving the headpiece, moulding clay etc. I hope you enjoy it.
